- In this temporary, part-time role, you will work with HR and payroll data from multiple operating companies, extracting, validating, organizing, and preparing employee information for migration into Workday.
- This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, HRIS systems, and payroll information while ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

- Validate data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll records

- Support a Major Workday Implementation
- Kelso Industries is seeking a highly detail-oriented HR/Payroll Data Migration Specialist to support a company-wide Workday implementation project.
- Ability to manage large spreadsheets containing hundreds or thousands of employee records
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR administration, HRIS, data management, or a related field
- Experience working with HRIS and/or payroll systems
- Experience extracting, organizing, and validating data
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures
- Experience handling confidential employee information
- This role is likely not a fit if you are seeking a full-time, permanent position or if you have limited experience working with spreadsheets, HRIS systems, or payroll-related data.
Nice to have
- Experience with payroll data, tax withholding, or employee records
- Experience supporting HRIS, payroll, or software implementations
- Data migration or data conversion project experience
- Workday experience
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Advanced Excel data cleansing and reconciliation skills
- Notices small data discrepancies that others miss
- Prioritizes accuracy over speed
