  • Our National Commercial Services (NCS) team provides a single point of contact for multi-site and interstate transactions, delivering customized title and escrow solutions across all U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Fidelity National Title is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our Denver team.

Responsibilities

  • Open new escrow orders and manage files through the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure all documents and funds are received for closing
  • Handle incoming deposits, approve outgoing wires and checks, and maintain accurate escrow accounting records
  • Prepare final closing packages, ensure all post-closing documentation is completed, and manage file retention per company policy
  • Maintain proactive task management and follow-up to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met
  • Review and scrub title commitments to identify and track outstanding requirements, working closely with clients and internal partners to clear title and resolve issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Assistant or Processor
  • Strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and real estate transaction documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related title/escrow software systems

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting complex or multi-site commercial transactions
  • Familiarity with mail-away closings and disbursement procedures
  • Previous experience working with Fidelity National Title or another national title underwriter

Compensation

  • FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
  • Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $25.00 - $33.00 hourly.
  • The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
