About the role

As part of the nation's largest title insurance group, we offer access to an extensive network of experienced commercial title and escrow professionals, underwriters, and legal counsel.
Our National Commercial Services (NCS) team provides a single point of contact for multi-site and interstate transactions, delivering customized title and escrow solutions across all U.S. jurisdictions.
Fidelity National Title is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our Denver team.

Open new escrow orders and manage files through the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Communicate regularly with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure all documents and funds are received for closing
Handle incoming deposits, approve outgoing wires and checks, and maintain accurate escrow accounting records
Prepare final closing packages, ensure all post-closing documentation is completed, and manage file retention per company policy
Maintain proactive task management and follow-up to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met
Review and scrub title commitments to identify and track outstanding requirements, working closely with clients and internal partners to clear title and resolve issues

High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Assistant or Processor
Strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and real estate transaction documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related title/escrow software systems

Experience supporting complex or multi-site commercial transactions
Familiarity with mail-away closings and disbursement procedures
Previous experience working with Fidelity National Title or another national title underwriter

Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $25.00 - $33.00 hourly.
The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
