About the role
- Berman Auto Group is growing and looking to add an Dealership Office Manager to the Corporate Office team!
- This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who is comfortable working across all functions of a dealership accounting office and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee daily dealership accounting functions
- Provide support across all accounting office functions as business needs require
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and maintain compliance
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- The ideal candidate will have practical experience in every role within a dealership accounting office and be willing to step in wherever needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership accounting office is required
- Strong understanding of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and warranty cancellation processes
Nice to have
- Experience with Tekion DMS is highly preferred but not required
Compensation
- $55,000 - $95,000 annually (Based on Experience)
- Experience preparing or managing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings is highly preferred
