- Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoy working directly with people in their homes, and have experience in home inspections, energy efficiency, residential construction, or HVAC.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC)
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience in home performance, energy efficiency, inspections, or other in-home customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
- BPI Certification (required)
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information in plain language
- Comfort working independently in the field and managing a schedule
- Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for outreach events
- Ability to work in residential environments including attics, crawlspaces, and variable field conditions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC) prior to hire
Compensation
- $62,700.00 - $94,100.00 Currency
- Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
- $75,000 to $85,000
