About the role
- The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, experience working on a variety of commercial equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial equipment.
- Perform refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, recovery, and charging in accordance with EPA regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Come deliver the Gold Standard of White Glove Service-and get the support you need to shine.
Requirements
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
- TDLR (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice to have
- Commercial HVAC certification or technical school training.
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company policies.
- 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Compensation
- $100,000 - $150,000 USD
