About the role

You will be working on cross-functional transformation projects for our Factor business.
Reporting to the Associate Director, OpEX, you will play a key role in improving Customer Experience and errors reporting, data consolidation, and troubleshooting any issues as they arise.

develop processes, analysis methodologies and dashboards to increase efficiency and consistency within the fulfillment functions.

1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced, perishable goods environment
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
