About the role
- You will be working on cross-functional transformation projects for our Factor business.
- Reporting to the Associate Director, OpEX, you will play a key role in improving Customer Experience and errors reporting, data consolidation, and troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- develop processes, analysis methodologies and dashboards to increase efficiency and consistency within the fulfillment functions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced, perishable goods environment
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
