Responsibilities
- Performance Standards Contractor shall: Perform all services in accordance with Backyard Discovery installation instructions and safety standards Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the services (unless otherwise specified) Maintain a safe and orderly worksite Complete installations in a timely and workmanlike manner 3.
- Independent Contractor Relationship Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Backyard Discovery.
