About the role
- Our work bridges strategy and execution, helping organizations simplify complex processes and make smarter, faster decisions.
- This role is a full-time role, operating on a hybrid schedule out of our Herndon, VA office with two (2) telework days a week.
- Architecting full-stack applications in Azure.
Responsibilities
- Follow secure software design practices.
- Collaborate with development teams and platform engineers.
- Be a collaborative team player to define, design, develop, test, and deploy automation tools.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Acts with Customer First mindset - empathizing and building trust through service.
Requirements
- Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship is required and is not eligible for sponsorship.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Must have CompTIA Security+/CISSP or equivalent from DoD 8570 Certifications (IAT Level II or IAT Level III).
- At least three (3+) years of experience in implementing DevSecOps in Azure and in container technologies, as well as experience in designing and implementing development and test environments.
- Prior work experience with designing and implementing Azure services for caching, logging, and monitoring.
- Prior experience with estimating and optimizing cloud consumption costs.
- Prior hands on experience with implementing code security scan tools such as Fortify, SonarQube, CAST, etc.
- Strong understanding of secure software design principles.
Nice to have
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification.
- Prior DoD (Department of Defense) Experience.
- Takes initiative and Gets Stuff Done without waiting for direction.
- Demonstrates a Strive for Excellence approach in quality and delivery.
- Communicates as a Team-First Communicator, fostering clarity and collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline/experience.
Compensation
- $90k-$120k
