Responsibilities

  • Have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives or projects.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • You are translating sales forecasts and firm customer orders into achievable mid- and long-term production plans while balancing manufacturing constraints across Standard, Special, and Nuclear value streams.

Nice to have

  • Have APICS / ASCM Certification (CPIM or CSCP).
  • Technical Requirements

Skills

  • Have proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing planning tools.
  • Have strong data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Have practical experience performing Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
  • Have strong system discipline and attention to detail.
  • Have experience supporting production planning, inventory control, and order management processes.
