About the role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and complete reference checks.
- Present offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer.
- Maintain accurate records in Rippling ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CA employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Indeed.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Rippling experience a plus.
Skills

- 25-30 hours per week, flexible schedule during PST business hours, Monday - Friday.

Compensation
- $25k-$30k
