Responsibilities
- Plan and support the setup of new office spaces in a zero-to-one environment.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with facility vendors, pantry services, security agencies, and maintenance partners.
- Ensure cost-effective planning and maintain travel and event budgets.
- Coordinate with HR to support events, onboarding, and overall in-office experience.
- Maintain administrative records, budgets, and reports.
- Handle leadership support activities and coordinate with Directors, CEO, and Operations teams for administrative and business requirements.
- Manage audits related to office premises and facility operations.
Nice to have
- Prior experience handling office setups is a strong plus.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and admin reporting tools.
