About the role

  • Test Engineer for New Product Introductions (NPI) in our Dallas location.
  • As a part of our Test Engineering team, the Test Engineer will define the Test strategy and testability during the new product development for DC-DC converters, e-fuses, ideal diodes, load switches.
  • You will become part of our Test Engineering Team in Dallas, and you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • Development of ATE test programs and hardware, with basic circuit design background
  • Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

  • Execute tasks as agreed, find solutions to keep planning on track, escalate technical and planning issues when required

Skills

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of ATE program and HW development experience
  • Familiar with C++
  • Better to have development experience of Analog ICs
  • Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Have customer orientation and quality mindset
  • Possesses Analytical Skills and sensitive to improvement opportunities
  • Communication skills in English
  • Like Analog ICs development work
