About the role
- This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating resources, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining alignment with company goals and service standards.

Responsibilities
- You will administer employment actions and support employee engagement and growth.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate work and resolve operational challenges.
- You will participate in and lead projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
- You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
- You will utilize data, metrics, and reporting tools to evaluate performance and drive informed decision-making.
- You will support the maintenance and functionality of department technology, systems, and resources.
- You will coordinate with vendors and internal partners to resolve technology and operational concerns.
- You will maintain knowledge of industry developments, products, services, and best practices relevant to your area of responsibility.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
- Fluency in the English language required.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- What you can expect from us:

- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
- Annual cash bonus opportunity
- $70,000-$75,000 annually
