Join our Idaho team and play a critical role in developing and supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment that enables the world's most innovative technologies.
Drive safety excellence by implementing EHS management systems, leading incident investigations and root cause analyses, developing preventive measures, and supporting safe construction and manufacturing operations.
Lead all aspects of emergency preparedness and response programs, coordinating training, planning, and response activities to effectively lead EHS-related incidents and business risks.
Lead sustainability initiatives and promote the use of AI and digital technologies to improve operational efficiency, data management, reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of environmental, occupational safety, emergency response, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE, or proven experience.
Experience supporting large-scale construction projects, contractor safety programs, and site expansion initiatives.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or other complex industrial environments with significant regulatory requirements.
Experience using AI, automation, digital tools, data analytics, or sustainability programs to improve EHS performance and operational effectiveness.
The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or experience in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.
