About the role

  • We are looking for a Test Engineer to be the critical interface between every team at fab2.
  • This is a dedicated test and applications role.
  • By month 3, you will be autonomously solving highly complex problems for our positioning tools, and by month 6, your impact will scale across multiple teams and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end characterization of tools, defining criteria to measure, running software tests, pushing the limits of our hardware, and logging failure to inform engineering decisions
  • Build software testing programs from scratch
  • Lead with rigorous and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to write code and create automated testing programs from scratch
  • Hands-on capability to build and run electrical tests
  • PCB design experience

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a test engineer or applications engineer with a demonstrated command of best practices in finding and diagnosing errors
  • Required Experience

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with mechanical design

Compensation

  • fab2 is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • The annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $195,000.
  • Compensation is determined based on your qualifications and experience.
  • Our total compensation package also includes generous equity in fab2.
