Responsibilities
- Maintain accountability for the schedule book
- Maintain inventory of all front office supplies
- Organize and maintain file system
- A small practice feel, with big company support
Requirements
- Must be familiar with MS Office, including Excel, Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to problem solve'
- No work on Holidays or night shifts so you can have a normal/regular life balance
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
