Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and safety inspections, ensuring all equipment meets regulatory standards.
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair buckets, blades, or structural components.
- Documentation: Accurately document all repairs, parts used, and labor hours in our digital maintenance tracking system before the end of the shift.
- Shop Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Estimated +50% travel will be required for work at customers' sites to support the Best Equipment Fleet Support Program.

- Adhere to all OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations.
