About the role
- This hybrid role requires some on-site presence in New York City.
- The Agile Coach will serve as a trusted advisor to product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders, guiding the organization toward higher levels of Agile maturity.
- The role involves hands-on coaching, training, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile Center of Excellence leadership to develop and execute a tailored Agile transformation coaching roadmap.
- Partner with product teams to implement Agile and product-centric practices to enhance delivery and business value.
- Training and Facilitation Design and deliver interactive workshops, training programs, and hands-on labs on Agile principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Continuous Improvement Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating effective retrospectives and promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify challenges in Agile adoption and provide tailored coaching.
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration across teams and departments to support a smooth transformation journey.
Requirements
- Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methods and their practical applications across diverse environments.
