Responsibilities
- Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents

- Collaborate with senior attorneys on select files across multiple practice areas.
- Manage deadlines and follow established processes and training protocols.

Requirements
- Ability to learn niche areas of law and adapt to varied practice areas.
- While prior insurance defense experience is not required, candidates must have with 2-3 years of litigation experience and strong writing skills.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Strong sense of personal accountability and confidence to handle depositions and hearings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative office culture.
- Self-starter with effective time management skills.
