Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact for prospective students, the advisor will be responsible for providing accurate information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions process.
- Success in this role is measured through call activity, lead conversion, appointment setting, student engagement, and achievement of monthly enrollment goals.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone calls, text messages, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments to support student enrollment.
- Call Activity & Lead Management Manage a high-volume lead pipeline and maintain accurate records within the institution's CRM system.
- Maintain consistent contact with prospective students throughout the decision-making process.
- Ensure all lead activity, communications, and outcomes are documented accurately and timely.
- Monitor and manage assigned leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets Consistently maintain conversion rates and productivity standards established by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, inside sales, customer service, recruiting, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain required lead contact and follow-up standards.
