- Dematic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the Amazon business.
- This role is pivotal in handling and growing our relationship with Amazon, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions and driving business growth.
- The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $62,650 - $91,300 at the time of posting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with Amazon's goals and Dematic's business objectives
- Address and resolve any issues or problems faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary point of contact
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with Amazon's goals and Dematic's business objectives
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or problems faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering
- Familiarity with Amazon's operations and the retrofit business model is a plus.
- Based in Bellevue, WA, or Grand Rapids, MI with the ability to travel as needed.
