- Act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day PMO activities including overall program status, resource load, and financial health of the project.
Responsibilities
- The Program Management Lead will be responsible for the development and maintenance of an integrated project plan across all phases, waves, and go-lives for the ECM Program.
- Perform overall program risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and recommend mitigations, as needed.
- Defines key program metrics for each phase of the project and manages ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Ability to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing teams together - both CLIENT internal and external stakeholders.
