Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts for business, operations, and go-to-market roles
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role, focused on business, generalist, or GTM hiring
- Strong written communication skills and an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences
Skills
- Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms)
