  • The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of critical utilities and Facilities equipment, troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute preventative & corrective maintenance work orders for critical utilities and facilities production equipment, building, and grounds.
  • Perform daily rounds and monitor alarms on the Building Management System.
  • Maintain records in accordance with SOPs and Protocols.
  • Complete all assigned tasks following cGMPs, OSHA and other Federal and State regulations. Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by management.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • A formal written agreement is required before engaging any agency, and it must be executed and authorized by the Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
  • Provides on-call emergency technical support as required.
  • Coordinate procurement of maintenance equipment, service repair parts, and supplies as required.
  • Solicit professional services as required to maintain equipment, building, and grounds.

Nice to have

  • 2-year degree or completion of apprenticeship in related field.
  • 3+ years in facilities and / or industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Hold's a Massachusetts Wastewater 2I License or obtains one within year of employment.

Compensation

  • $23.28 - $31.46 USD Hourly
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
