About the role

  • Working at the intersection of business stakeholders and engineering, you will ensure our solutions are scalable, intuitive, and seamlessly integrated into the cross-product frontline workflow.
  • Product Managers on our team are involved in all aspects of the product management lifecycle.
  • In the Paradox Employee Communications team, we help elevate the experience of the frontline worker from day 1 and beyond with mobile first experiences to bring a conversational, AI powered experience to the frontline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development teams through the full lifecycle-design, development, testing, and release-to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate solution designs and build across multiple scrum teams within a sophisticated, distributed software environment.
  • Expertise in guiding partnerships with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to bring features to life.
  • Solution Design: Define and deliver solutions that balance user requirements with technical architecture and business impact.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead product development teams through the full lifecycle-design, development, testing, and release-to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Execution Alignment: Coordinate solution designs and build across multiple scrum teams within a sophisticated, distributed software environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer and market needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and successful product outcomes
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the Talent Management or HR Tech landscape, including industry trends and competitive behavior.
  • Decisive Leadership: Ability to navigate complex trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).

Compensation

  • $124,000 USD - $186,000 USD
  • $117,800 USD - $210,000 USD

  • Support the adoption of functionality by internal teams and customers and champion your product area within the Paradox/Workday community and at industry events.
  • We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the definition and execution of the Employee Communications roadmap to shape best-in-class, mobile-first conversational experiences for frontline managers and employees post-hire.
  • We create new features to delight customers, evangelize the improvements to both internal and external customers, all while sweating out the details to deliver outstanding products.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Partner with Paradox and Workday Product Owners, customers, and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, GTM and customer-facing teams) to align product goals with desired business outcomes and strategic goals.
