Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of professional software development experience using the Microsoft technology stack.
2+ years of experience leading software development teams or acting in a technical leadership role within a corporate environment.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and proven ability to guide Agile development teams.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders while understanding the purpose and impact behind product requirements.
Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools with an understanding of responsible and ethical implementation.

Experience working with cloud development environments, especially Microsoft Azure, is preferred.

Competitive salary range of $99,250 to $166,777, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and market factors.
