Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Program Chef, develop and implement Individual Nutrition Plans for children with dietary restrictions;
- Work with DREAM's Kitchen team to develop and/or refine menus especially for children switch special diets;
- In collaboration with Program Chef, effectively coordinate with others to maintain nutrition requirements documentation and follow up;
- Manage time effectively to optimize hours;
