Value Creation & Decision Support
Build and manage a pipeline of margin, pricing, and cost optimization initiatives
Drive clarity on performance drivers and expected outcomes
This role is a strategic finance partner responsible for diagnosing performance drivers, challenging pricing and cost structures, and unlocking margin improvement opportunities.
You will translate complex data into actionable insights and drive decisions that directly impact business outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
6+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.
Strong modeling, planning, and analytical expertise.
Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and quantify financial impact
Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Comfort challenging the status quo - pushes back on assumptions and decisions

$105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USD
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
