About the role

The Performance Marketer needs to be a an expert in paid digital media (specifically Google Adwords) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

Establish organic social media best practices and partner with creative team members to drive organic KPI's

Subject matter expert in paid digital media (Google Adwords) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Expertise in paid search and paid social management with a broad understanding of iterative marketing and direct response ad strategies
Expertise in managing campaigns through native ad-techs (Google Adwords, Meta Ads Manager)
2-4 years of experience in performance marketing role, with a minimum of 2 years managing paid search programs
Minimum of a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field
Google Adwords Certification
Meta Blueprint Certification
Excepting applications through January 1st, 2023!
Interviews beginning February.
