About the role
- The Food Service Worker serves and monitors the distribution of meals, and ensures that guidelines for special diets are followed.
- Prepares dining areas for the serving of meals and sets up serving lines.
- Cleans dining, service, and food preparation areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.
Requirements
- Individual must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and to be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

- Wipe dining room tables, spot sweep both dining room and line, remove trash from drain Restock supplies, place appropriate condiments in front of the line Ensure salad has 9-10 items utensils & sweeteners.
- Duties may be modified or changed with or without notice.
- Must possess or obtain a valid Food Handlers certificate within 30 days of accepting the position.
- Additional Requirements - Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Must be available for weekend, day, and night shifts as assigned.
- Must possess or obtain a valid CPR certification and SAMA training within 30 days of hire.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities Must be able to concentrate on work amidst distractions such as noise, conversations, and foot traffic
