Requirements
- Retail Associates will have expansive knowledge of our products, prepare and display merchandise and assist guests with their transactions.
- Shifts will be communicated and once accepted, shifts must be worked as assigned, in compliance with company policy.

- How you will do it...
- Welcome guests to the exhibition and/or gift shop and answer their questions
- Monitor crowds and assist with crowd control to ensure the safety of guests and staff
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases and merchandise returns
- Comply with inventory control procedures
