About the role

The Technical Specialist provides technical expertise in chemical testing and regulatory requirements for consumer products to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
This role supports laboratory operations by interpreting standards, resolving technical issues, and advising internal teams and clients on compliance matters.

Provide technical support to sales and account managers during client engagements.
Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure consistent interpretation and application of regulations, standards, and test requirements.
Develop and deliver technical training for clients, retailers, suppliers, laboratories, and internal personnel.
Support initiatives and contribute expertise to technical service development and process improvement projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturers, importers, retailers, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
At least 3 years of experience in a testing laboratory, or consumer product compliance role
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

The expected salary for this position is $64,000 to 86,000 per year.
This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
