About the role

Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns.
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with the use of AI in design, research, and copy (e.g., Co-pilot, Figma Make, Miro AI).
- Own the outcome
Requirements
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical constraints and opportunities.
- Proficiency in front-end coding (e.g., HTML, CSS) for prototyping or component development.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications.
Skills
