Must own a working cell phone with WiFi/data capability
Competence at using apps and willingness to get familiar with the Transit App is key in providing customer support during special events

All recruiting activity must be coordinated and authorized through the Benesch Talent Acquisition team.
As a member of our team, you'll have an opportunity to draw from those resources when you need them and, likewise, contribute your expertise when you have something to share.
Must be able to stand for 4 hours minimum and maximum up to 8-12 hours (based on applicant's ability)
Must have good customer service skills - ready to interact with the public and provide a positive experience as the face of the company

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Maryland Pay Transparency Law.
