Responsibilities

  • Empower Global Infrastructure as our Next Technical Support Engineer (B2W)!
  • Ready to solve complex technical challenges and empower heavy civil construction leaders to build the world more profitably?
  • Provide expert-level support via phone and screen-sharing to help clients navigate configuration, product functionality, and hosted services.
  • Collaborate directly with Development teams by documenting defects and trends to influence future software enhancements.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage and track complex case lists.

Requirements

  • You hold a college degree in a relevant field and have a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
  • You possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop/server operating systems and Google products.
  • Previous experience with SQL or a background in coding/programming.
