- The department of Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sr.
- Manager, Sponsored Programs to work in a hybrid manner on the UHealth campus.
Responsibilities
- Negotiates contractual provisions with potential partners.
- Develops and provides reports or documentation needed to secure and maintain funding and grants.
- Serve as the primary departmental contact for internal and external audits; manage meticulous reconciliation processes and maintain comprehensive documentation to safeguard against audit disallowances.
- Act as the primary financial advisor to PIs, conducting regular portfolio reviews to analyze burn rates, manage non-personnel expenses, and ensure proper allocation of resources across multiple funding sources.
Requirements
- CORE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in relevant field

- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.
