About the role
- As Thanx reaches new financial milestones, we're expanding our R&D team and seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our leadership.
Responsibilities
- Champion and drive AI adoption for developer productivity across the team. Evaluate team members' AI maturity, set expectations by seniority level, and build the coaching framework to level everyone up.
- Partner with R&D leadership on process improvements and efficiency
Nice to have
- Proficiency with web and mobile frameworks
- BS or higher in Computer Science
- Growth stage startup experience
- Compensation Ranges:
- Tier 1 City: $155,000 - $190,000 CAD
- Tier 2 City: $135,000 - $165,000 CAD
