Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React - hooks, component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Typescript, Python, etc.)
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and writing queries.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaboration workflows.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture or message queues ( e.g. SQS, Kafka).
- Experience with design systems
- Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience with design systems; building, consuming, or contributing to shared component libraries.
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Practical experience developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including working with managed services, CDK/SDK, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker basics)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- able to work independently and in teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Desired:
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-assisted product features, including integrating LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) or ML into production applications.

Compensation
- $93,900.00 - $159,600.00
- This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
