About the role
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager (Multi-Family) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial roofing project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- This role requires excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to commercial roofing projects.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Full time on site in our Winter Park office. Occasional travel to job sites or meetings with clients as needed.
- 80k-100k base, plus bonus
