About the role
- Identify and prioritize key competitors, market trends and emerging threads
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with business units, marketing and product development
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute competitive intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive competitor profiles
- Develop and maintain competitive landscape reports and dashboards
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Insurance industry knowledge and experience required
- Proficiency in CI tools and software
- Other responsibilities include building understanding of key competitor success metrics, benchmarking the competition and industry against GEICO, and gaining a strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Compensation
- $130,175.00 - $212,175.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
- Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
