About the role

  • Identify and prioritize key competitors, market trends and emerging threads
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with business units, marketing and product development
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute competitive intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive competitor profiles
  • Develop and maintain competitive landscape reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Insurance industry knowledge and experience required
  • Proficiency in CI tools and software
  • Other responsibilities include building understanding of key competitor success metrics, benchmarking the competition and industry against GEICO, and gaining a strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Compensation

  • $130,175.00 - $212,175.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
  • Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
