About the role
- You will have ownership of the mechanical value stream, working alongside our mechanical staff.
- Strong vision and leadership are non-negotiable.
- This person will be responsible and accountable for delivering HVAC and related systems for our medical and commercial clients - on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Support the HVAC and Plumbing Field Leaders.
- Own short- and medium-term labor planning.
- Perform material and labor takeoffs.
- Collaborate with the Creature PM team to smooth labor loading for Mechanical and Plumbing self-perform teams across projects.
- Own the P&L for Mechanical/Plumbing work.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university (preferred).
- Based in Birmingham, AL.
