About the role
- Today our demand engine is built primarily for the SMB motion, and the enterprise motion, forecasting, and reporting layers that connect all three audiences are still taking shape.
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline number. Build and deliver the multi-channel demand plan against MQL and pipeline targets, backed by a bottoms-up forecast by channel that holds up month to month.
- Manage the channel portfolio. Assess current spend and reallocate for efficiency, test into new channels, offers, and strategies, and stop investing in what doesn't earn its place.
- Launch NexHealth's first ABM program. Partner with Sales to build target account lists from fit, intent, and engagement data, and run multi-threaded plays across enterprise buying committees spanning operations, IT, and finance.
- Own marketing operations and data integrity. Lead the marketing stack and campaign operations, and partner with Revenue Operations on end-to-end lead flow so leadership trusts the numbers.
- Defend the plan with Finance. Build and present channel-level models, explain the assumptions behind them, and adjust as evidence comes in.
- Build and lead the team. Coach and develop a Demand Generation Manager and an Events Lead, assess what roles and skills the team needs next, and make the case to hire against it.
- Direct agency partners. Run agencies as an execution arm against the briefs and performance standards you set.
- Align across GTM and the executive team. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and company leadership to surface risks early and drive decisions that stick.
