About the role
- The associate will gain an understanding of private wealth management and the customization we provide our clients to meet their financial goals such as tax aware investing and wealth planning.
- Functions may include portfolio construction, monitoring asset exposures and allocations, managing client specific requests, tax management, monitoring pre-trade client guideline compliance and exception resolution.
- Portfolio Implementation Associates initiate trades and monitor the portfolios on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Private Wealth Portfolio Management Group supports the implementation of our private client accounts.
- The Private Wealth product suite is becoming more complex and we are looking to grow our team to support this.
- Portfolio Implementation Associates develop a deep understanding of AB's investment products and operational policies and procedures.
- Private Wealth PMG manages hundreds of transactions per week and the PIA is responsible for contributing to this volume.
- Project-based initiatives related to trade implementation product design and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with teams throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree candidates in business, finance, economics, math, computer science, engineering, or liberal arts
- Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
