Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or pharma sales, with a strong track record of building and scaling partner networks.

- The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000 + equity + benefits.

We're looking for: A Channel Partnerships Manager who will own the strategy and execution of building Nitra's referral partner network from the ground up. You will identify, prospect, and close relationships with organizations adjacent to the private practice, aesthetics, and medspa ecosystem - turning those relationships into a consistent, high-quality pipeline of new customers. This is a hunter role built for someone who thrives on cold outreach, relationship building, and closing.
