About the role

- Respond to routine account and administrative inquiries that do not require a securities license.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience scheduling appointments and supporting sales teams.
- The coordinator will work closely with s and escalate investment-related questions as required.
- The ideal candidate will be working toward obtaining their Series 7 license and desire to eventually become a licensed Investor Relations Specialist.

- Resolve routine service requests accurately and promptly.
- Schedule qualified appointments for licensed Investor Relations Specialists.
- Demonstrate strong compliance awareness and appropriate escalation practices.
- Contribute positively to investor retention and engagement efforts.
- Required High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
