About the role

- Hourly Wage: $26.48 The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory, while ensuring consistent food and beverage quality.
- Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliation
- Reports and documents hazardous conditions or unsafe practices within the work environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- TEAM Alcohol Server certification, or ability to complete training (offered at new hire orientation).
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must be able to work fluently in English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds (boxes, kegs, etc.) up and down stairs/ramps
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Must have a working email to communicate with the Concessions and Legends management teams.
- Must be available for the majority of Colorado Rapids games, which take place on Saturdays & Wednesdays:
- Ability to read and understand a Banquet Event Order (BEO) and various menus, as well as how your role ensures that items arrive at the correct location.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor stadium subject to adversarial weather (ex. freezing temperatures, rain, sleet, snow & hot, mid-summer days)
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
- Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
