Responsibilities
- Travel is in support of the VA's EHR deployment and training requirements.
- You will be responsible for support during installations and ongoing support for issue resolution, potential for onsite support tasks, and you will be operating with limited supervision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with designing, analyzing, configuring, or troubleshooting IP networks
- Experience in managing technical teams
- Experience with Wi-Fi hardware
- Experience with network hardware
- Must be able to unpack/re-pack, move, and install pallets of IT equipment with each item weighing up to 50 pounds with no restrictions
- Experience writing reports/deliverables
- Must have personal transportation available during work hours
- This position requires frequent travel by vehicle and must be able to drive safely and navigate a variety of routes.
- Occasional air travel may also be required.

Compensation
- $70,000 - $80,000 annually with full benefits
