Partner with enterprise sellers to develop and conduct customized business plans that support platform adoption, early momentum, and long-term category leadership.
Lead regular business reviews and strategic consultations with top sellers, ensuring alignment with seller goals and eBay Live's growth priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex seller issues, navigate policy or platform changes, and ensure compliance.
This role manages strategic, enterprise-level seller relationships within assigned categories and works closely with cross-functional teams to improve seller outcomes, optimize programming, and support GMV growth.

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or a related seller-facing role.
Experience leading projects independently, balancing attention to detail with efficiency in a fast-moving environment.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort working with data, analytics, and performance reporting.

$71,600 - $123,400 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
