  • EMS‑Tech is looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Experienced Project Planner to play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge engineering projects, from fast‑moving small jobs to large, multi‑disciplinary and R&D initiatives.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for small, large, and R&D projects, ensuring alignment across functional groups.
  • Plan, prepare, issue, and control schedules to maintain a controlled flow of approved spend and planned hours.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other team members to assess progress and implement schedule updates.
  • Stabilize schedules to support operational efficiency and effective project execution.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or combination of equivalent skills in the field.
  • Applicants with an Engineering Degree and PMP will be favoured.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve deadlines.

  • 5-10years' experience within a project controls group and scheduling, preferably in a construction environment.
  • Advanced level of Primavera 6, MS Project and MS Suite (Excel), or other resourcing or scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team member and work well independently.
  • Knowledgeable in the application of earned value, critical path analysis and risk analysis.
