Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap
  • Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems
  • Partner with Systems Engineering to decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in system design discussions with Infrastructure teams - ensure technical architectures are aligned with product needs and operational realities
  • Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in environments where reliability and real-time performance are non-negotiable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with infrastructure teams - you can read system design documents, reason about real-time system constraints, and push back on technical decisions that don't serve product goals

  • The Sr. PMT for Fleet Operations is responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and development of products that enable AeroVect's Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) vehicles to operate safely and reliably at scale. This role will define and build the remote assistance infrastructure, dispatch systems, and fleet monitoring tooling that the AeroVect AGSE Service depends on to scale reliably.
  • This role requires a unique blend of user-centric product thinking, technical fluency, and strong communication skills to drive the creation of reliable and scalable fleet operations products. The PMT will translate the real-world needs of airline/airport customers and internal operators into a clear, prioritized product roadmap. The PMT is expected to decompose user needs into high-level system design and clear requirements that engineering teams can execute against.
